Do you want to bring the taste of Italy to your events? Our Gelato and Sorbetti selection is available for catering service, served fresh at the moment, bringing an authentic Italian experience to your guests!
Gelato details:
Choice up to 4 gelato flavors (to be confirmed depending on ingredient availability)
Dairy-free and vegan options available
All gelato is gluten-free
We provide compostable bowls and wooden spoons (all packaging is plastic-free)
No power outlet needed
We only need a table/surface at least 50” L and 25” W
Fee details:
$5.00/serving (1 scoop) for any flavor except Hazelnut and Pistachio
$6.00/serving (1 scoop) for Hazelnut and Pistachio flavors
$75.00/hour hostess service with one attendant (plus taxes) for the first 2 hours
$100.00/hour hostess service with one attendant (plus taxes) for additional hours
When 120+ guests may be needed two attendants: $150.00/hour (plus taxes) for the first 2 hours; $200.00/hour (plus taxes) for additional hours
$75.00/hour travel fee based on destination. It also includes loading, set up, and unloading
$450.00 minimum spend (before taxes)
$15.00 for all commercial venues requiring a COI
Eventual private parking fee
Add-ons:
$2.00/each for homemade waffle cones (dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free)
$25.00/50 sprinkle servings (dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free)
Additional fees (must be agreed in advance):
$6.00/each for extra servings beyond the agreed number
$50.00/attendant for each 30 minutes (plus taxes) for extra service time in case it exceeds the previously agreed hours
Payment terms:
50% deposit upon confirmation
Balance due maximum 7 days before the event
We accept cash, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle payments. Please note there is a 3.9% processing fee for credit card payments
