Bring the taste of Italy to your event with our freshly churned, gluten-free gelato and vegan sorbetto, served on the spot for a unique and unforgettable experience. Perfect for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, baby showers, gender reveals, private parties, and more. We offer premium gelato catering made with high-quality, all-natural ingredients.
With a fully self-contained, no-electricity setup, we can cater gelato anywhere: private homes, backyards, poolside, rooftops, gardens, parks, beaches, barns, event venues, or locations without power access.
We primarily provide gelato catering in Los Angeles County, and we also serve events in Orange County, Ventura County, San Bernardino County, and Riverside County.
GELATO:
Choose up to 4 flavors (final selection depends on ingredient availability).
Dairy-free and vegan options available.
All gelato is gluten-free.
Served in compostable bowls with wooden spoons — 100% plastic-free.
No power outlet required.
We only need a table or surface approx. 48” L and 24” W.
Please note: this is a tabletop setup (not a cart, display, or bicycle).
FEES:
Gelato servings
$5.00 each (1 scoop, regular flavors).
$7.50 each (1 scoop, premium flavors — More details below).
Hostess service with one attendant
$75.00/hour (plus tax) for the first 2 hours.
$100.00/hour (plus tax) for each additional hour.
For events with more than 120 guests, a second attendant may be required, depending on the type of event, its duration, and the level of service needed. In that case, there would be an additional charge for the second attendant.
Travel fee
$75.00/hour (based on destination).
Includes loading, setup, and unloading.
Minimum spend: $450.00 (before tax).
COI (if required by venue): $15.00.
Parking/valet fees: billed at cost.
Premium flavors have a different cost per serving compared to regular flavors due to the high cost of ingredients and/or the intensive production time and labor required.

ADD-ONS & ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Gelato toppings (all-gluten-free)
Homemade waffle cones: $2.00 each (vegan).
Sprinkles: $25.00 per 50 servings (vegan).
Chocolate shavings: $25.00 per 50 servings.
Coconut shavings: $25.00 per 50 servings (vegan).
Coffee service
Espresso: $3.00 each (single shot).
Affogato: $3.00 per gelato serving (espresso add-on only; gelato is charged separately).
Minimum spend: $150.00 in addition to the gelato catering cost.
Electricity required: we need access to a power outlet for the espresso machine (we can provide a 50-foot extension cord).
Water access required: we also need access to clean water (sink or bottles) to refill the machine during service.
Pastries (all-gluten-free)
Brownies: $5.00 each (dairy-free).
Chocolate chip cookies: $5.00 each (dairy-free).
Sicilian cannolis: $5.00 each.
Minimum spend: $75.00 total order (not a per-item minimum), in addition to the gelato catering cost.
ADDITIONAL FEES (must be agreed in advance):
Extra servings
$6.00 each (1 scoop, regular flavors).
$8.50 each (1 scoop, premium flavors).
Extra service time: $50.00 per attendant, per 30 minutes (plus tax) beyond the agreed hours.
PAYMENT TERMS:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.
The balance is due 15 days before the event.
For events booked within 15 days of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise agreed payment must be fulfilled before the event.
Payments accepted: cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card (3.9% processing fee for credit cards).
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
60+ days before the event: Refund minus a $75.00 service fee.
15–59 days before the event: 50% refund.
0–14 days before the event: No refund.
